Of The Cut was led by a team of multi-disciplinary creatives, fusing film, stage, sound, imagery and story together through the lens of magical realism. It provided an insight into the many lives lived on and around The Cut.

Happiness

Happiness is a theatre piece created through the Young Vic's Neighbourhood Voices program. In a fantastical world where emotions take on physical forms, a broken piece of a girl's soul, embodying her lost happiness, embarks on a poignant journey to find its way back to her. The play unfolds as a dual narrative, where the soul's quest intertwines with the protagonist's struggle to reconnect with her lost joy.
